Olympic Muscle...

Hey guys,

Sorry for the long lay off. Anyways, a friend of mine (Tonya), well a friend of a friend once again qualified for the summer Olympics as a freestyle wrestler.

I've spoken to her numerous times online, and met her in person on a couple of occasions. One of those times happened at the gym. And man was that an experience! She was working with my friend who I had trained and was a strong girl. They were doing t-bar rows, my friend was doing a plate, Tonya was doing 2 plates. And she only weighs around 130lbs.

For pulldowns she was doing 160lbs! This girl was all muscle, tiny waist and hips and big shoulders and arms. And incredibly conditioned! Imagine a girl built like that with the endurance of a distance runner, she’d own you!

Speaking to my friend about her, she was telling me she practices against guys. And about how aggressive she is. (Sounds like my dream girl!)

Here’s what the coach of the national team says about her;
“She’s very, very tough, she’s a very aggressive wrestler, and people have a hard time staying with her over the course of a match. She’s going to come at you, come at you, come at you, until basically you can’t go any longer.”

And here’s an exert from an article about her;
-at five feet six inches, she is a lean wrestler with a tiny waist, but with the build of someone you don’t want to mess with. She’s ripped.

Here are some pictures of her;

^Nice traps!^

It's terrific to see women have that type of conditioning and athleticism.
