So my jacked friend, 'Lyns', had a photo shoot recently and here's one of the pictures from it. She said there were 800 photos taken! But she hasn't received them as of yet, when she does i'll do my best to get a few and pass them on to you.
Tell me what you think, she can compete right!? She doesn't think she's ready...which is crazy talk.
I told her she should start her own site.

Yep I agree. She is definitely ready to compete. She is ripped and has beautiful legs, abs and arms. She has great symmetry and will do well in competitions.
